1. Well, obviously some people would need guns and weapons for protction, if sombody tries to break into your house, then you want to be able to defend yourself! Then another obvious, people who have a criminal record of ANY kind, should have that right taken away. I also think that even if you were a violent person in high school, you shouldn't have that right to own a gun, because most of the time, being violent in high school, dosn't lead to a very non-violent future!
Do you think it is fair to force people to open their homes to soldiers during wartime? Why or why not?
2. Honestly, no i do not! Their in the U.S. army, NOT the army of my house! If the U.S. is the ones forcing them to go risk their lives for us, then why don't they give them a place to live! The people that are telling them, Okay, you have to go out their and get yourself killed so that the rest of us don't have to, should be the ones at least giving them a place to live and food to eat! It really is the least they could possible do!
Describe a situation in which the police might be able to obtain a warrant to search a house or a building.
3. If a witness had recognized a guy from a bank robbery that had recently happned and reported it, the person recognized, becomes a suspect. Then the police would need proof, so they would apply for a warrent to search his house. This way, if they found any big bills, or large amounts of money, then checked to see if his job would ever pay that much at a time, which probly not because otherwise he wouldn't have to rob a bank! Then if they didn't they could do a background check to see if he had any major debts or a gambling problem, for evidence on WHY he would, and if they did, well they have all of the evidence they need! They would have, motive, the cash, a witness and everything else they would need to put him away for robbing that bank!
